Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping

All online orders ship via USPS. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that USPS does not delivery on Sundays or certain holidays. Packages ship out Mondays through Saturdays. Weather conditions can also affect the delivery date of your order. Once your item(s) have shipped, your tracking number will be emailed.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Express orders submitted before 12pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Express orders submitted after 12pm CST will ship out the following business day. Express shipping is only available through USPS. 

A signature is required upon delivery for all express orders. If no one is present during the delivery, the package will be rerouted to your local USPS office for pickup. The shipping destination must be a USPS confirmed address.

We currently do not offer Express Shipping for international orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to any USPS confirmed address via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to Asia & Australia may take longer than estimated. Delivery dates are approximate & do not factor in customs inspection times. Additional custom fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees can range from 10%-40% of your order value. Customs rules vary so we recommend checking with your local customs office. Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if packages are unclaimed by customs. Packages ship out from Houston, Texas with the total order USD value declared. We currently do not offer Express Shipping for international orders. All international orders are final sale.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 DAYS of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days or without a return authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. For return authorization, please email us at contact@arkandnomad.com

Gift Cards cannot be returned. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale Items

Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days. Sale items with a "final sale" notation are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items purchased with a promo are final sale. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@arkandnomad.com with your order number for a return or exchange authorization. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
